All sales made by Zéa Atelier are considered final. Due to the delicate nature of our garments, we operate on a strictly no return and no refund policy. Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. This includes purchases made for:
- Change of mind or preference issues
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Sale, promotional, or discounted items
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom-tailored abayas, including those altered for length or modified with specific features (such as added buttons or custom fabrics), are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will happily provide an exact replacement or store credit.
- Timeframe: You must notify our team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Proof: Clear photos of the defect and/or a full unboxing video may be required to process your replacement.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders are prepped and tailored quickly. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed.
